Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any service on the mk2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. mk2 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- Users must be 18 years of age or older.
- Only individuals legally residing in Bangladesh are permitted to use this platform.
- Each individual may register only one account.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
When registering with mk2, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information may be suspended and any deposited balance may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
Prohibited User Activities
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to hack the platform or breach its security.
- Stealing or misusing another user's personal information.
- Using bots or automated software to place bets.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any fraudulent activity.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
All transactions on mk2 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Only approved payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳200. mk2 may request identity verification documents for any transaction. Deposit refund policies are determined separately.
- Account verification must be completed before withdrawing any winnings.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- Mk2 may place a hold on any withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Mk2 is not responsible for any charges imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
The mk2 platform is for personal and recreational use only. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. No content, data, or software from the platform may be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.
Mk2 is not directly liable for any financial losses arising from betting or gaming on the platform. No compensation will be provided for losses caused by technical errors, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
All logos, designs, software, content, and trademarks on the mk2 platform are the exclusive property of mk2. Unauthorized use of any of these may result in legal action.
The mk2 platform may utilize third-party payment services or game providers. Their own policies apply, and mk2 is not responsible for their operations.
Policies on Account Suspension, Closure & Terms Updates
Mk2 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- A serious or repeated breach of the Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Providing false identity or fraudulent documents.
- Upon confirmation that an account is being used by a person under 18 years of age.
If an account is closed, any refund of the remaining balance is at mk2's sole discretion and will be decided after the completion of any applicable investigation.
Mk2 may update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Notice of any changes will be published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
